Economy Shipping

Handling time: 1-3 days (MONDAY - FRIDAY)

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

What if I am not available on the day of delivery?

Our parcels are delivered by carriers who sometimes require a signature against receipt. If this is the case and you are not on delivery, a card will be issued to your mailbox with information on how to proceed. Packages delivered by post generally do not require a counter-signature.

 

When will I receive my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email. You can also check the status of your order and delivery in your account.

 

How to track my order?

Your package can be tracked, the information relating to this tracking will appear in the e-mail that will be sent to you upon shipment.

Shipping Status:
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
If you don't immediately receive a shipping confirmation email, don't worry! We know the delivery date or date range shown at checkout and will make sure to deliver the items within that time.

Once your order has been validated, it is modified or canceled.

Object not received :
If you have successfully placed an order and have not received it yet while the tracking status shows it is delivered. you want to contact the carrier to find your bags because once the item is bagged we have control of it (once it is by the carrier), but if it persists please email us support@originaldulce.com
