We offer a 100% Satisfied or Refunded Guarantee on all of our collections!

To offer you complete satisfaction, we have implemented a simple and effective return policy.

Here are the 4 scenarios:

 

1. You wish to cancel or modify your order

We process orders you place quickly, usually within 24 hours. For this reason, you have 12 hours after ordering to send a cancellation or modification email to support@originaldulce.com. Beyond this period, your items will probably have been shipped.

 

2. You have not received your package

Our delivery times are 7 to 16 working days, but due to customs clearance or logistics delays, it can be up to 30 days.

If you don't receive your item within 40 days, then we'll refund you in full and you can keep the item when you receive it. Contact us at support@originaldulce.com to report an item not received.

3.You received your item but you are not satisfied with it

No worries ! You can return your item to us up to 30 days after receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Return costs are not covered by our company, they are at your expense. 

Here's how to do it in 5 steps:

        1. Contact support at  support@originaldulce.com
           to let us know that you are going to make a return.
        2. Send your article along with the form to the address that we will communicate to you by email.
        3. Get a Voucher for the value of your order.
        4. Return address: Contact customer service by email

The item(s) must be returned in perfect condition, either in their original packaging or in another. In the event of deterioration of the article, OriginalDulce may refuse the return, replacement or reimbursement because the article can no longer be considered as new. If the item has been misused it will not be refundable.

After receipt of the item in our warehouses, we will refund the amount of your purchase (cost of the item + delivery) in the form of a  voucher .

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Note that items on sale or having benefited from a promotional code are not refundable insofar as they are not damaged.

4. You received your item but it arrived damaged

It may happen that your package is shaken during delivery and that your object arrives broken. No worries, the return costs are at our expense.

In this case or in the case of a design defect, contact us at support@originaldulce.com with the following details:

  1. Your order number
  2. The description of the problem (erroneous / defective item, ...)
  3. A photo or video
  4. Get a Voucher for the value of your order.

No charge when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier or otherwise defective.

Change of mind:

if you change your mind, please let us know as soon as possible. If the products have already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order. After receiving your products, you must request a return. We do not take any restocking fees.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email indicating that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you're approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund.

You will not need to return the product and we will refund the amount of your order directly to you.
